Hi there, @Abegreen.

I'm here to guide you to ensure that you'll get to set up price rules in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Before anything else, to help the web pages to load data properly. Let's first isolate possible browser issues by clearing your cache and cookies

Once done, we can now proceed with setting up price rules in QBO. Here's how:

Step 1: Turn on the price rules

1. On your QBO account, go to the Gear icon.
2. Then select Account and Settings or Company Settings.
3. Click the Sales tab.
4. In the Products and services section, select Edit.
5. Tick the Turn on price rules Beta.
6. Once done, click Save and then Done.

Step 2: Create a price rule

1. Go to the Gear icon, then select All Lists.
2. Click Price Rules.
3. Select Create a rule. After your first rule, select the New price rule.
4. Give your rule a name.

If it's the same result, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team. They have the tool to view your account and can further investigate the root cause of the problem. They can also offer you a glance session to accurately guide you on the steps of setting up your price rules.

Aside from Price rules, you can also create Banking rules in QuickBooks Online. To know more about this, kindly visit: Set up Bank Rules to Categorize Online Banking Transactions.
