In your case, since the error persists, I would suggest reaching out to our customer support team. They have the tools to pull up your account or screen share to further investigate the issue.
Here's how to reach them:
- Go to the Help menu, and hit Talk to a human.
- Choose Talk to a human again.
- Proceed with I still need a human.
- Click the Contact us link.
- Tap either Start messaging or Get a call.
