I'm here to provide you with detail about managing your ads in QuickBooks Online (QBO). At the moment, the option to turn off the advertisement is unavailable.
Yet, you can close them manually by clicking the X sign or the No thanks button. This prevents the advertisements from showing up while your using QBO.
In the meantime, you can submit feedback to our software engineers to raise your suggestion. They may consider adding the option to stop notifying ads after opening QBO to our future product updates.
Here are a few steps to submit feedback:
- Click the Gear icon.
- Below the Profile section, select Feedback.
- Enter your suggestion then click Next.
