Allow me to walk you through changing your account's phone number. You can change your phone number in your Intuit and QuickBooks Online accounts.

Here's how you change your phone number in your Intuit account:

1. On the upper right corner of your QBO account, click the blue circle which inside is the letter of your first name.
2. Click Manage your Intuit Account.
3. Go to the Sign in & security option.
4. Below Sign in info, select Phone.
5. Click Change, and then enter your active phone number in the box.
6. Tap in Save.

In your QBO account:
 

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. In the Your Company column, select Account and Settings.
3. In the Company option, click the pencil icon beside Contact info.
4. Enter your active phone number in the box beside the Company phone.
5. Once done, click Save.
