This is an embarrassing disgrace!!! Intuit had had 4 years to address this! Does anyone else remember when they force sold all of us QuickBooks online then when we all hated it, they told us our data can’t be switched back? Then they don’t ever even try to assist people paying monthly memberships???? This is an absolute joke. Membership costs have raised every year but they have not repaired or added any support. I am grossly unhappy switching from desktop to this overpriced, lagging, error ridden version of their rom heavy alternative. Luckily there are other companies that have similar options with better features for less money

I’m confused what company qbo was made for???? Maybe a street vendor?? It has no functionality or features as simple as shipping integration??? This is a laughable joke. I’ll most likely be leaving this year due to all the problems and customer service being a 4 hour hold time away🤬
