We're hearing complaints that this problem affects other users as well. We want to let you know that our engineering team has already received a report about this. 

 

This is currently being prioritized and examined. We do not currently have an estimated time of arrival (ETA) for resolution, despite the fact that this is being actively looked at. Rest assured that this is being worked on.

As soon as they do, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support. Our engineers will be able to tie your case to the ongoing investigation and add the details of your account to the list of people that are affected as a result. Any developments will be reported via email.
