Thanks for the prompt reply, @AdminE.I'm here to route you to the right support that can help you locate the automatic invoice reminders button in QuickBooks Online.

 

Since the issue persists even after following the suggestion shared by my colleagues above, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Support. They will be able to dive into your account and determine why you don't have an option to turn off the automatic invoice reminders.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard.
  2. Select Talk to a Human.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose Get a callback.

In case, you want to get a list of all payments and invoices for each of your customers, you can run the Invoices and Received Payments Report. Then, customize it so it will only show the info you need.
