Before we start, I'd like to verify if you've already tried performing the recommended troubleshooting steps (clearing cache and using supported browsers) and followed the fixes for common sign-in issues using QBO.

 

If you haven't performed the recommended fixes above, I encourage you to do so. If you've already executed them, but the log-in issue continues, I recommend contacting our Customer Care team. To do this, you can either utilize our test drive or start a chat with one of our support experts.
