Sorry, but i think you're missing the point. As many have been saying, and other QBO support staff have confirmed, when you create a new template and enter new content (business name, email &/or business address, etc.) and make changes to the associated outgoing email, those changes apply universally to all other preexisting forms. So, in effect, it's impossible to create customized forms for particular applications or clients that require different content.
