If the recurring invoice is newly created, it wouldn't instantly show under the customer. It will only appear once it's been sent to them according to the set schedule.
I'll guide you on where to see the created recurring invoice:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Select Recurring transactions under Lists.
- Look for the template you made and click Edit to review the details you entered.
In addition, you may also customize the appearance of your sales forms so they would look professional and personalized.
