The option to view attachments without automatically downloading them is still available in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Also, please note it's dependent on the supported file type of your attachment.

 

You can view them in the customer's transactions under the Sales menu. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Sales tab and select Customers.
  2. Search and select the specific customer.
  3. Click the Gear icon above the table and select Show more.
  4. Check the box for Attachments.
  5. Under the Paper clip icon, click the number and tap on the attachment to view it.

 

 

Aside from attaching files to your estimates, you can also personalize the appearance of your sales forms
