@cv1987 You might also want to check the QB Checking register for any unanticipated transactions. Mine had a bunch of deposits and merchant account fees that should have been recorded to my business checking. The agent showed me to click on each, edit it and select your business checking in the drop-down which appeared on the next screen. It was a lot of manual labor but eventually, I zeroed out the balance.
