MaryLand, do you have solutions for the situation where automatic matching to invoices does not work? The payments processed in QBO get matched but not the bank deposits, contrary to what the help video explains (https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/help-article/payment-processing/automatic-matching...). Now I cannot undo the matched payments (can I?) and have no idea what these orphaned bank deposits are.
