I want to make sure you're able to do your Banking tasks. Please note that the Classic mode is available in QuickBooks Desktop.
In QuickBooks Online, you can view your account in Business view and Accountant view mode. If your account is on a Business view, you can Bookkeeping from the left menu. Choose Transactions, go to the Bank transactions tab to see the latest downloaded entries.
If you need to create new transactions, select All Sales tab, then New transactions. Please see the attached screenshot below as your visual guide.
