Let me provide some information about price rules, bestwaymarket.

In QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise, if you're using it with the Platinum or Diamond subscription, you can use the advanced pricing feature where you can change automatically the prices of items on sale based on the price rules you create. I've also added this screenshot for your visual guide:

Once advanced pricing is activated, QuickBooks changes the price levels in your company file into price rules. To turn on advanced pricing, follow the steps below:

  1. Select Edit, then select Preferences.
  2. Select Sales & Customers, then select Company Preferences.
  3. In Custom Pricing, select Enable Advanced Pricing.
  4. Tell QuickBooks how to handle price rounding.
    • To not use rounding, select Don’t round prices.
    • To use the same rounding for all price rules, select Use the same rounding across all price rules, then select a rounding option.
    • To set the rounding for each price rule separately, select Set rounding on each price rule.
  5. Select OK.

To give you more details on how you can create, edit, delete, or even disable price rules, go through this article for your guide: Set Up And Use Advanced Pricing

Moreover, QuickBooks offers a wide range variety of reports that cater to your business need. Learn from this article how QuickBooks displays reports using the Report set: Understand Reports.

Feel free to let me know if you have further questions about price rules. I'll be right here to help you all the time.
