If you're using QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can find the Sales menu in the left pane. You can see the screenshot below for your visual reference. 

However, if you're using a different version of QuickBooks, please let me know what it is. You can send a screenshot and hide personal information when sharing it to ensure we're on the same page.
