Yes, there is an option under Account Settings to add Cc or Bcc to new invoices, but this will be added to all invoices (which is not what we are trying to accomplish here). I will put my request in to the Product Development team.  It is surprising that this issue has not been addressed at all, since the request has been made over three years ago.
