Hello, 

I have tried everything on this thread, and nothing has worked. My contractor has shared her screen and I have made her "inactive" and created her profile 4x and each time she gets the email, click on the "enter W-9" link it takes her to the Self-employed page but no where to enter the W-9. This is truly holding me up.

It doesn't seem like the issues has been fixed by Quickbooks?
