Hello there, Amy. I'm here to share some information on how you can download your Customer IDs with the other details.

Yes, you're right. The customer ID is unavailable when you pull up the custom report for your customers. Thus, you can export your customer lists to excel then, from there you'll have to manually enter the customer IDs. I'll show you how to export your customer data.

If you want to export it from the Customers page, here's how:
 

  1. Go to the Sales menu and click Customers.
  2. From the customer page, tap the Export icon next to the Print icon.
  3. Select Export to Excel to download the data.
  4. Once downloaded open the excel file and manually enter the Customer's ID.
     

You can also export it from the Reports page, you can refer to this article for more detailed steps: Export customer data to Excel.

When you're ready to import, you can reach out to CRM support and assist further with the process.
