I'm trying to connect my CRM with QBO but the every time it syncs it creates a duplicate because it can't find an exact match of existing customers. My CRM cust svc person said they could fix that if I had the customer id's from QBO and they would import them into the matching records in my CRM. Customer id is not available when I create a custom report.
