Hello there, @fahec. I'm here to get the assistance you need in viewing your customer's transactions.

 

If you're using QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), I suggest updating your QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release. It improves the performance of the software and also fixes unusual results automatically.

 

Here's how to do it: 

 

  1. Go to Help, then select Update QuickBooks Desktop.
  2. Click Update Now, then proceed with Get Updates.
  3. When the update finishes, close and reopen QuickBooks.
  4. Click Yes on the prompt.
  5. Restart your computer.

 

However, if you're using QuickBooks Online (QBO), please know that there is information that won't move from QBDT since there are limitations on what you can convert and upload to QBO.
