I know how it can be frustrating when the application you're using is not doing the job it's supposed to do

As you my know, QuickBooks partnered with a lot of third-party applications to help you with your tasks in the program. However, if there are issues with their tool, they have a separate development team who fixes it as they are not part of Intuit.

Don't worry, we'll take note and relay their feedback to the concerned team. We will submit a complaint on your behalf for this experience.
