Hi there, palmer2022.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community. The invoice form name may be set to "estimate". I can help you change that to fix the issue.

Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Please go to the gear icon
  3. Click on custom form styles.
  4. On the right side of the form you’ve created, click edit.
  5. In the content section, please look for form names.
  6. Change the name from estimate to invoice.
  7. Click Done.

You can also refer to this article if you need help in converting estimates to invoices: Convert an estimate into an invoice in QuickBooks Online. Note that converting estimates to invoices differs depending on whether you have the new or old experience of estimates and invoices.

Please let me know if there’s anything you need help with. We’re always here to assist. Take care always!
