To start with, you’ll want to ensure that the column is enabled on your report. This way, customers will be displayed when pulling up your report. Here’s how:
- Go to the Reports menu and look for the Deposit Detail report.
- Press the Customize button.
- Click the Rows/Columns dropdown and marked check the Customer’s box.
- Add the other columns you want to show in the report.
- Then, click the Run report.
If the same thing happens, let’s perform some basic troubleshooting steps. First, let's clear the browser's cache. A stored cache can cause unexpected behavior while using the application. It’s also best to use supported browsers to have the most secure experience with QuickBooks.
