I'm here to help share insights about customizing mailing envelopes in QuickBooks Online.
As of the moment, there isn't an integrated way to customize your mailing envelopes to display names and addresses. And I am also unable to determine when such a feature like this is added to the program.
Therefore, I recommend getting in touch and letting our product developers know about this by sending a request via feedback. I'll show you how.
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Under Profile, select Feedback.
- Describe how customizing mailing envelopes for your sales transactions is helping your business in QuickBooks grow.
- Select Next.
- Click Skip and send message.
