Many thanks. I checked the font size and it seemed to be OK. But you gave me an idea.

I went to Edit > Preferences and changed from Multiple Windows to Single Window.

This enabled the Check form window to display properly.

I then went back to Edit > Preferences and changed back to Multiple Windows and amazingly the Check form window still showed the Class.

No idea why this worked.
