Thanks for getting back with the Community, LOA HOA User.

 

You can open each sub-customer's profile and edit them to identify if their Bill parent customer option is turned on or off.

 

Here's how:

  1. In your left navigation bar, go to Sales, then Customers.
  2. Find and click the customer's display name.
  3. Hit Edit.
  4. Check to see if Bill parent customer is activated or not.

 

If you need to perform any changes, make them, then select Save.
