For now, viewing a list of customers that includes the sub-customer Bill with Parent Field is unavailable in QuickBooks Online.
As a workaround, we can generate the Transaction List by Customer report. This will show all the transactions associated with parent and sub-customers even if the Bill parent customer field is turned off. See the sample screenshot below.
Here's how to generate the report:
- Click Reports in the left panel.
- Search for Transaction List by Customer.
- Select the report to open it.
I recommend customizing the report to get the specific details you need. You can also memorize it to save its current customization settings. It serves as your record and helps you quickly access it for future use.
