Thanks for adding your concern to this conversation, @jagreen. I can see you want to create multiple projects for a parent customer. 

As an overview, the Projects feature is intended for a customer with multiple services. Hence, creating multiple project statements for the parent customer isn't possible.

In the meantime, you can add an account summary to your customers' invoices and bill them using progress invoicing to let your customers know how much their projects will cost.
