It has been nearly a month since I reported this issue for the 7th time.  It has been two weeks since you gave the answer that the engineers were working on it.  This issue has continued since May of 2022 for our business.  I will continue to do the email work around.  It is sad that a reputable company like Intuit can't find the issue and correct it.  In the meantime, I will continue to give credit where credit is due.

 

Here is the email all our customers are receiving until Intuit corrects this issue:

 

Dear  XYZ Business,
 
We have been having issues with our QuickBooks Online and their invoicing email system.  I am sending invoices this way until Intuit can correct the issue within their program.
 
Thank you for understanding this issue. Please verify reception of the invoice. If you have any questions, let me know.

I have sent this out with a pdf form of the invoice since May.  It's now going on the 4th month of Intuit not being able to find the problem with their invoicing system.  Any other advice that you can give me or other frustrated and disappointed users?
