Welcome back to the QuickBooks Community, rhennies-outlook. Let me provide extra troubleshooting details to ensure you can fix the error message in your QuickBooks Online app. 

 

There are times when your QuickBooks Online app has a lot of data which may cause receipts not to sync in the system. Resetting the app data to clear the cache and refresh it into its default state is usually the instruction to fix this unusual behavior.

 

Since the issue persists, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This is to ensure you get the most recent version of the application. 

 

If the issue persists, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They can run a screen-sharing session to help verify what's causing the issue.
