Let me share some information about exporting specific fields in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

 At this time, this feature isn't available, you can manually edit the exported CSV file or you'll have to visit our QuickBooks Desktop Apps to check for a third-party application. 

Additionally, I've added this article to be able to access these custom reports and save them in QBDT: Create, access and modify memorized reports.
