- Log in to your QBO account.
- Click on Help (?).
- Choose either tab to start:
- Assistant: Receive prompt, customized responses. Choose one of the offered answers, or enter your concern. You can still Talk to a human being if you feel that you require more assistance.
- Search: Directly search the knowledge base for QBO, or choose Contact Us to find a way to get in touch with us.:
- Start a chat
- Get a callback
- Ask the community
