Good day, @H1638.

Withdraw funds from your QuickBooks Checking account using your QuickBooks debit card. I'll help you with how to order a debit card in QuickBooks Checking.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Select QuickBooks Checking from the Banking or Cash flow menu.
  2. Choose Manage.
  3. Select Replace card to order a new card in the QuickBooks Debit Card section.
  4. Select Next after selecting the best explanation for what happened to your card.
  5. Examine the mailing address and make any necessary changes. Select Next.
  6. Finish the security procedure. Choose Done.

Once done, within 7 to 10 business days, you'll receive your personal QuickBooks debit card. Check your email to get the notification.

In addition, there are a few extra steps if you are a co-owner of the business that is signing up for QuickBooks Checking. When you sign up, you'll be asked specific questions about your co-ownership.

You can return to the Cash Flow menu and complete this later. You will also be sent email reminders. You must submit all co-owner information within 30 days of signing up. If you do not, your account will be terminated. Check out this article for more information: What to do if you're a co-owner signing up for QuickBooks Checking.
