I appreciate all the efforts you've performed to get this resolved, tippykayak.

 

Since you're still unable to send files to Excel, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They're equipped with tools to determine the cause. It'll also allow them to submit a ticket to our engineering team to alert them about the issue if necessary.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. From the Help menu, select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. In the Have a Question window, the Contact us link.
  3. On the Contact Us screen, go to the Tell us more about your question section.
  4. Enter Unable to send files to Excel in the box.
  5. Click the Search button to display the Let's Talk button.
