I've been using quickbooks for over thirty years. This issue has always been there. Never able to fix. It rotts when you have thirty people who access a report and it goes to the wind somehow. Whenever I create a custom report, I create a second one in another folder. Stupid work around but it solved their problem that becomes ours.
