I can see how you want for your custom reports to be more consistent with your users. Once you're already added as one of the affected users of this issue, you should be able to receive updates with regards to the status of the case. I would suggest reaching out to our support team again so they can double-check if this has already been resolved, or if it's still in the process of fixing the issue. You can follow the steps below on how to reach them:
- Click the (?) Help icon and enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
- When asked by the bot, enter your concern.
- Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
- Choose either Chat or Callback.
