Buy nowHi... it is not intuitive and frustrating for sure, but I figured out the answer to the problem... You need to put in the statement information-- the ending balance and the end of the statement date going back to the statement that had a 0 balance... then reconcile just that month... and then it will allow you to put in the next month's statement ending balance and the statement end date. Hope that helps.
