Hi there, @combsrefrigerati. I've got an update regarding your concern about not being to send invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
At the moment, there's an ongoing investigation about sending invoice in QBO. Our Engineers are aware of this issue and currently working on a fix. I recommend contacting our support team to add you to the list of affected users. Rest assured that updates will be sent out soon. Here's how:
- Access your QuickBooks Online company.
- On the right corner beside the Search icon, click Help.
- Click Assistant from the top menu.
- Enter Talk to human and choose I still need a human.
- Select Get a callback or Call an agent.
