I've checked with my tools and with our engineering team. The investigation has already been resolved.   

 

In your case, since the error persists, I would suggest reaching out to our customer support team. They have the tools to pull up your account or screen sharing to further investigate the issue.

 

Here's how to reach them: 

 

  1. Click the Help button, then go to the Search tab.
  2. Proceed with Contact Us.
  3. In the box, enter your concern then hit Continue.
  4. Choose how you want to reach us.
