My only concern is getting my money at this point. Other users on this forum seem to point people to contacting the FDIC or consumerfimlnance.gov. I have no plans for QB book to keep my money for over a year. It's a disgrace and they should be ashamed.  

Have you tried contacting any of the above? Did you get your money back? If so how long did it take?
