I'm here to guide how your user can change the date format.
You can give them limited access to the account. Aside from changing the date format, they can also view other customer and vendor related transactions.
To add them as one of the users, you can follow these steps:
- From the Gear icon, select Manage users.
- Select Add user.
- Select a user type. Then select Next.
- Select the access rights for the user. Then Next.
- Select the user settings, if applicable. Then select Next.
- Enter the user’s name and email address.
- Click Save.
Afterward, they will receive an invite to join the company. Ask them to select the link in the email. They can create a new Intuit Account or just sign in if they already have one.
