Your stream lined customer support just plain sucks. I am not a trained poodle paid to jump through your stuoid hoops. I am a CPA plus a QB Pro Advisor and I need telephone support to fix a problem. I have to question why I am even paying to be a QB Pro Advisor because it is just too hard to get support.
