You'll want to manually customize your invoices and other sales form in QuickBooks Online. At the moment, importing sales template from the Desktop version is still not available.
Let me share these steps with you:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Custom Form Styles.
- Click New style, then choose what type of sales form you want to customize.
- Proceed to the Content tab add the details that you want for the transaction.
- Select Done.
