Welcome to the Community. I appreciate you coming here with your question about looking up a specific purchase order by number in your QuickBooks Desktop account.
There are multiple ways to find a purchase order within your account. Here are two:
- Hit Ctrl + F to bring up the search option and enter the PO number. Note: You can also filter the search by vendor, date, etc.
- Go to the Vendor Center, press the Vendor's name, and see all the POs listed under their name
