Thank you for joining in on the thread. I'll be happy to provide more information about finding your categories and classes.
The categories and classes can be found in the All Lists section. You can go there by clicking the Gear icon and choosing All Lists. Please refer to the screenshot. If you still don't see them, please contact our Support team so they can do a screen-sharing session to check this further.
To contact our Support team:
- Click Help and choose the Search tab.
- Click Contact Us.
- Enter a sentence to describe the issue and click Continue.
- Choose Chat or Callback.
On the other hand, if you want to see the articles for QBO, just go to the main support page, scroll down a bit, and click More topics.
