We are experiencing this issue with a brand new computer, new install of Microsoft Office 365, and the latest version of Quickbooks Enterprise (22).
We've tried the regedit fix, installs/reinstalls, user access control, modifying Excel options.... The recommended 'fixes' from Quickbooks - for two years(!) are time consuming and don't work.
