I want to help you out with deleting your invoice transactions in QuickBooks.
It's great to have the batch action option to delete invoices, but this isn't available for now. To remove Accounts Receivables entries, you'll need to delete them one at a time or use a third-party tool to remove them for you. I've listed the solutions below, so you can choose which way you'd go for.
You can delete the invoices through these steps:
- Go to the Sales menu, then All Sales.
- Filter the date then click the drop-down under the Action column.
- Choose Delete, then click Yes to confirm.
To manually delete transactions in the register in QBO:
- To remove transactions, click on Accounting menu then select Chart of Accounts.
- Click the View register link to open the account that contains the transactions you need to delete and re-import.
- Scroll through the transactions. QuickBooks displays transactions by date, with the most recent at the top of the screen.
- Click to select the transaction you want to remove.
- Press Delete then press Yes.
