I've come to give you information about your packing slip concern, @I8URSoftware.

 

When shipping goods to customers, a packing slip is a document that contains item, quantity, and other vital shipping information. This can be used when creating Sales Order, not on invoices. Thus, we’re unable to set the packing slip as the default.
