I'm sad to hear you never fixed your issue either. I swear we are the same person, I could have written everything you just wrote. Quickbooks tech support is TERRIBLE, which is why I came here to see if there's a solution other than a rebuild, or a workaround that you've found. This community is so much more helpful than Quickbooks tech support, so I was hoping to maybe find an answer here.
